Speaking of Happy Homeowner!! Woodlake is growing and seems to be a place where people gravitate towards their neighbors. There's lots of social events. The "mayor" was one of our first homeowners and always looking for more neighbors. You'll usually see him outside chatting it up with someon, Inviting them in to see his beautiful home that he is very proud of. I think he might actually go to work for Woodlake someday!!
